It started with Momma.
At 88 years old, she still gets up every morning and heads straight to her kitchen — not for herself, but for her dogs. Her beloved dog, Dixie was by her side for 20 years. And Mr. Weenie, our 10-year-old dachshund who recently reminded the whole internet that senior dogs still have plenty of life left to live, is never far behind.
Momma has 2 children, 2 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and 15 grand dogs — and she will tell you every single one of them is loved the same. 🐾💛
Watching Momma love on her senior dogs the way she does — with homemade treats, soft chews, and a whole lot of heart — inspired everything you see here. And the word is out. She continues to develop new recipes, perfecting each one so our BowWow family gets nothing but the very best.
