Refund policy

We want you and your furry family members to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened supplements, perishable treats, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Refund Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You may also choose to receive your refund as store credit, which will be applied to your account within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right — free return shipping and a full replacement or refund, no questions asked. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

Return Shipping Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
