Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders $0.00 – $49.99: $9.99 flat rate
- Orders $50.00 and above: FREE
Domestic US Shipping Only: We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Expedited shipping is not currently available — all orders ship via standard shipping only.
Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days within the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking: Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shop@bowwowpetcare.com and we will make it right.
Undeliverable Packages: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Re-shipping fees may apply for packages returned due to an incorrect address.
